Don't Leave Home Without It

Would you believe that some real estate listings posted online don't even have floorplans? Even more egregious, or perhaps suspicious, in my opinion, is when posted floorplans don't include room measurements. This is why I never show up to a showing without my trusty laser measuring "tape." Even if the listing has a floorplan, with measurements, it's so easy to spot-check them and measure a room in two clicks. Or to measure ceiling height, which is a prime concern for many of my buyers.
